Expo Services

It is a workplace event created for your employees and designed to give them the tools to live healthier lives. We create a fun and festive atmosphere at your company’s facility where your employees will have access to educational information about health and wellness and how to lead a balanced lifestyle. We set up the health and wellness fair in a trade show format where the booths are interactive and educational.  There are health screenings, demonstrations and a number of other lifestyle booths to visit.  There are many benefits to holding a health and wellness fair as it can be promotional or exploratory—part of your existing wellness program or part of the process of determining what components will be best received in your environment. By holding wellness-related activities within work hours, it shows management has a commitment to the health and well being of the personnel.

Our goal is for your employees to truly experience better, healthier living so there will be a large variety of interactive booths where they can watch demonstrations, ask questions, sample products and learn about good, safe, health practices. Examples of available booths can be found our “Expo Services” page. The exhibitors are medical and non-medical professionals who want to increase health and fitness and the happiness that comes from being fit and well. They will provide information about specific health and fitness problems and explain why a particular specialty may be a better choice than others.

We offer a variety of free health screenings, based on availability. A few examples are blood pressure, posture evaluation, body fat testing and vision testing. If you have a particular screening in which you are interested, we will do everything possible to make sure they will be part of your expo.  Although most services are free, we do have a few that charge a small fee such as blood glucose, flu shots and cholesterol testing.  The costs can either be paid for by the host corporation or passed on thru the employee's insurance. 

Our experience shows us that providing an extended lunchtime works best. For example 11:30 – 1:30; however, we will work around what works best for your company. We can even accommodate multiple shifts.

Typically between 25 and 50 vendors will attend. However, the space you provide and your expectations for the event will play an important role in determining the actual number of vendors.

The purpose of our expos is to educate and inform your employees. Your employees will not be pressured to buy anything from anyone at our expos. However, there may be some vendors that will have products available for your employees to purchase at a discounted price.

Yes we can. CHWP does have certain guidelines we follow need to follow in order for our expos to be successful for your employees and the vendors. We currently have operations in the Midwest, West Coast and Southwest.
